Terms Of Use
Wall Bed Range:
• All invoices are to be paid 100% upfront on parts and services.
• 100% payment required when the order is placed with Hideaway Beds.
• 5 Year Warranty on the EURO DIY Mechanism and on the Hideaway Beds Commercial range.
• Hideaway Beds does not accept refunds or exchanges once the invoice has been paid. We do not refund or
exchange on change of mind.
• All goods sold are covered by suppliers stated warranty, unless otherwise noted.
• Movable piece of furniture if you move house.
Delivery and Installation:
• Delivery quoted on price list is for Sydney area only.
• Other suburbs incur additional costs depending on distance. (phone Hideaway Beds for information)
• Installation is a two-man job.
• Interstate Delivery Prices on Application.
• You can have your Wall Bed mechanism delivered with-in 7-14 working days, Australia wide once your order has
been processed.
Receiving your Wall Bed:
• Once your payment has cleared through our accounts, Hideaway
Beds will contact you usually within 24 - 48 hours depending on the bank. We will then confirm with a telephone
call, for a convenient time for you to accept the delivery. An email will be sent to you with the Invoice and the
Delivery details.
• Hideaway Beds does not give refunds or exchanges on any of the Wall Beds
purchased.
• IMPORTANT: The contents are carefully inspected before shipping, so please,
inspect the contents immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves.
• If any damage to the packaging is visible have the driver make a note on your delivery docket and sign his
name on the delivery note before accepting the delivery.
• If any concealed damage is noticed when cartons are opened, please contact Hideaway Beds on 1300 880 857
immediately. (Within 24 hours of receiving your mechanism).
Deluxe Queen Size Latex & Inner Spring Mattress:
• 5 Year Warranty
